property. Sales may be limited to specially qualified buyers or sold through HUD's

Homes sold through the
Good Neighbor Next Door Program must be located in a
Revitalization Area. These homes are available for purchase by law enforcement
officers, pre-K through 12 teachers, and firefighters/emergency medical technicians

Homes sold through Asset Control Area (ACA) Partners are homes located in approved
area within Revitalization Areas. After renovation these homes are sold by the ACA

HUD-approved Nonprofits
may purchase homes at discounts within their approved Area of Operations. After
renovation these homes are sold by the Nonprofit Partners directly to the public.
