HUD Homes may be sold through special programs depending on the location of the property. Sales may be limited to specially qualified buyers or sold through HUD's program partners.

Homes sold through the Good Neighbor Next Door Program must be located in a Revitalization Area. These homes are available for purchase by law enforcement officers, pre-K through 12 teachers, and firefighters/emergency medical technicians through Management and Marketing contractors.
